We've parted from the traditional recruiting model and tailored our offerings to best support your needs and budget.

HIRING SPRINTS

For companies that need to hire 5-15 people quickly. In a sprint engagement we focus solely on your company for a time-boxed period to achieve specific goals, essentially serving as your temporary, in-house recruiting team.

Recruiting:

  • Compensation analysis and planning for open positions

  • Assistance with writing job descriptions

  • Audit and management of interview process, including scheduling assistance

  • Sourcing and screening candidates

  • Interview training for managers as needed

  • Offer negotiation

Fees: Hiring sprints are billed on retainer and typically last 3-6 months depending on the number of open roles. Please schedule a call to discuss job requirements and fee structure.

CONTINGENT RECRUITING

For startups that need to make 1-3 hires quickly but don't want to compromise on quality.

  • Recruiting for various technical and product roles 

  • High-level guidance on job descriptions and hiring process

  • Assistance coordinating interviews

Fees: 25% of first year base salary

EXECUTIVE RECRUITING

For companies looking to make a VP or C-suite hire in software development or product.

  • In-depth support in creation of job description and hiring process

  • Assistance coordinating interviews

  • Training of interview team


Fees: Up front retainer to get started, followed by an hourly search fee.
