HOW WE WORK

We offer two models depending on your needs:

CONTINGENT RECRUITING

For companies that need to hire individual contributors quickly without compromising on quality. We will:

  • Provide high-level guidance on job descriptions, compensation, and your hiring process, free of charge

  • Source and screen candidates for qualifications and culture fit

  • Assist with coordinating interviews

  • Manage client relationship through offer stage including salary and equity negotiation

Examples of these roles are:

  • Software Engineers & Principal/Lead Engineers

  • DevOps

  • Product Designers & Design Leads

  • Product Managers/Strategists

  • Data Scientists/Analysts

  • Biologists

  • Research Associates

Non-exclusive fee: 25% of candidate's first year base salary. Please set up a call to discuss more!

BLENDED RETAINER/CONTINGENT

We offer a blended contingent/retainer model for executive recruiting and highly specialized roles. This involves:

- Helping you craft the perfect job description and interview process

- Sourcing and screening candidates for qualifications and culture fit

- Assistance with coordinating interviews and candidate travel as needed

- Managing candidate relationship through offer stage, including salary and equity negotiation​

Examples of these roles are: 

  • CTO or VP of Engineering

  • CPO or VP of Product or Design

Fee: These searches blend an up-front "retainer" fee along with a percentage of base salary upon completion, depending on the position in question. Please set up a call to discuss more!
