Ellen Gowdy

Ellen has recruited top talent for technology startups since 2011. Prior to founding Curious, she was the first in-house recruiter at

several of North Carolina's most successful venture-backed startups, including unicorn company Prometheus Group and Best

Places to Work winner, Teamworks.

Having worked alongside product teams for years, Ellen understands the ins-and-outs of building software at scale. She seeks out people who crave impact and are energized by fast- moving environments. Ellen holds a BS in Exercise Science from Elon University.

Kelly Moler Glass

Kelly served as CFO of MOM's Organic Market for 13 years,mtaking the company from $20M and negative EBITDA to over $200M in revenue and industry-leading EBITDA. As a CFO, Kelly

saw firsthand how important it was to build a company culture that means something to the people who work there. Her interest in people leadership led to her partnering will Ellen in 2021.

Kelly was highlighted in Verne Harnish's book, Scaling Up, and has spent her career leading growth companies and learning along the way. She completed her JD at UVA School of Law and holds a BS in Economics from Clemson University.
